EXCEPTIONAL: Marilyn Manson is now suing ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood for her allegations of ill-treatment during the widely accused shock rocker and Westworld the actress’ relationship.
“This action stems from wrongful and illegal acts in support of a conspiracy by defendant Evan Rachel Wood and her over and over again romantic partner, defendant Ashley Gore, known as Ilma Gore, for the public participation of plaintiff Brian Warner, p. “And Marilyn Manson, as a rapist and rapist, is a malicious lie that derails Warner’s successful music, television and film career,” said the lawsuit, which is seeking a complaint just filed this morning in the Los Angeles Supreme Court.
The legal volley continues to make some very serious and very specific accusations against Wood and Gore. It alleges that the duo hacked the singer’s computers and social media, and “created a fake email account to create alleged evidence that Warner was sending emails to illegal pornography.” The blatant complaint also drops even bigger bombs of jurisdictional and ethical significance:
They pretended to be a real agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, falsifying and distributing a fictitious letter from the agent to create the false impression that the alleged “victims” of Warner and their families were in danger and that a federal Warner investigation was under way. (Appendix A);
They provided checklists and scenarios to future prosecutors listing the specific alleged acts of abuse they should seek against Warner (Appendices B and C); and
They deliberately made false statements to future prosecutors (which have since been repeated by these prosecutors in court documents), including the defamatory allegation that Warner filmed sexual abuse of a minor.
“We are submitting this now because we have been able to gather a huge amount of evidence – including documents and testimony – that proves that the stories that Evan Rachel Wood and her accomplice Ilma Gore falsified and disseminated are both vindictive and blatantly untrue,” he said. Manson’s lawyer Howard King today before Deadline. “It is incredibly important to distinguish between the character of Marilyn Manson and the man Brian Warner,” added the King’s partner, Holmes, Paterno and Soriano. “Wood’s allegations may resonate because of the deliberately ‘shocking’ nature of Marilyn Manson, but they simply do not reflect the truth. The fictional facts written by these conspirators a decade after the event never happened.
Wood’s representatives did not respond to a request for comment on the case today. If and when they do, we will update.
Following unspecified damages and an “order requiring Wood and Gore to engage in further misconduct against Warner,” Wednesday’s sensitive timeline comes two weeks before Amy Berg’s two-part Phoenix Rising The premiere of the documentary about Wood’s accusations is scheduled for HBO.
With its first installment, which debuted at Sundance in January, the documentary traces Wood’s upbringing and the foundations of her seemingly deadly alliance with Manson. In addition to addressing Wood’s role in adopting the California Prescription, extending the Phoenix Act, Phoenix Rising also goes into the actress’ claim that she was sexually assaulted in front of a camera at the age of 19 in Manson’s explicit 2007 video “Heart-shaped Glasses”.
Thus, the famous director Berg and the premium cable owner owned by WarnerMedia have not been named as defendants in the “defamation in itself” case, at least not yet. “Amy Berg and HBO are also victims of Wood and Gore,” said Manson King’s lawyer. “They were tricked into making a documentary based on false allegations and fraudulent documents,” he said.
The fight against multiple lawsuits also comes a little over a year after Wood appeared on social media to call Manson a “horrific” abuse of her and a “haircut” on her during their relationship from 2007 to 2010 and when the Emmy nominee was still a teenager. Quickly thrown out of his record label, television concerts and CAA, Manson called Wood’s allegations “terrible distortions of reality.” Subsequently, many others like it Game of Thrones Actress Esme Bianco has come out with accusations and lawsuits for their own physical and psychological violence by singer Antichrist Superstar.
In late February 2021, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office’s Special Victims Bureau launched an investigation into a number of allegations of abuse that occurred between 2009 and 2011 when Manson was living in West Hollywood. The LASD did not respond to a request for comment today by the deadline on the status of this investigation. However, law enforcement sources tell us that the issue continues.
