Host Stéphan Bureau will host a new major series of debates and current events, Le monde à l’envers, on TVA from September 16th.

Stéphan Bureau is accompanied on his set by employees and guests. The weekly show focuses on discussions in which “all opinions are allowed,” the broadcaster announced in a press release.
This new date on Friday evening at 8 p.m. promises lively reactions to current topics, interactions with the public and “fiery” discussions.
In 2021, Stéphan left Bureau Radio-Canada amid controversy. He had conducted an interview with French infectious disease specialist Didier Raoult, who the station’s ombudsman had ruled in violation of Radio-Canada’s journalistic standards and practices. After the host refused to apologize, he then decided to leave the ranks of the state station.
This marks a return to the airwaves of TVA for the presenter, who had run public affairs magazine L’Évènement in the 1990s and then the interview series L’annonceur in the mid-2000s.
