Tony Bennett took to social media on Monday to send a very special birthday message to her friend and collaborator Lady Gaga.
The singer turned 36 on Monday, just a day after her heartwarming performance with living legend Liza Minelli at the Oscars on Sunday.
Bennett, 95, shared a heartfelt video on Twitter for the singer’s birthday, explaining that their friendship had changed his life.

‘Happy Birthday to the incomparable @ladygaga!’ Bennett began in his tweet, which Gaga retweeted from her verified account.
“With over a decade of friendship, you have truly changed my life in so many ways. It’s an honor to have known you as a friend, artist and New Yorker. I wish you all the best on your special day!’ Bennett closed.
He also shared a video on Twitter showing Bennett in a white polo shirt and blue Adidas jacket.

‘Happy birthday lady. I love you,” he said as the video cut to a series of clips of the friends and collaborators dancing together.
Another video clip showed Bennett in an interview saying that Gaga “will be like America’s Picaso. It’s very, very creative and very contemporary.”
