However, eagle-eyed followers were quick to notice that her hind leg looked distorted in one picture, with a curve showing up behind her knee.
When fans flocked to comment on the mishap, Kim quickly deleted the post and re-uploaded the gallery without the image in question.
But after a fansite shared the image, followers commented: “The leg lmfao”; ‘She deleted it in her post that it’s a diaper’; ‘she really did and all the comments attached to the pinched leg’; ‘Damn it!!!! lol
This comes after a report last week that Kardashian is trying to distance herself from Kanye’s Instagram drama.
