Lately, Titus and Blessingssons of Giovanna Ewbank and Bruno Gagliasso, suffered a case of prejudice during a trip to Portugal. The case gained national attention as several famous and anonymous people supported the actress, who defended her children tooth and nail.

This Tuesday morning (2), actress Leandra Leal decided to speak out on the subject and made a touching outburst on the internet. “I was crying and outraged along with Giovanna and I also felt kind of screaming. I know how horrible it is to see something like this happen to a child so I have sympathy and thank you for your strength in this fight,” wrote Julia’s mother (8 years old).

Leandra also continued her outburst when she commented on the difficulties a black child goes through in such situations: “No child should be subjected to such violence, children need not be strong beyond what is necessary, nor be willing to face it cruel as racism, but black kids don’t have that choice.”

At the end of her outburst, the artist also stated that it is not enough not to have prejudice, but that people must fight and fight prejudice. “Racism is part of our society because white people have neglected their role in the fight against racism for years. This is a task for society as a whole, we all can and must act,” she said.
