They left Earth together and returned together after nearly a year on the ISS: American astronaut Mark Vande Hei and cosmonaut Pjotr Dubrov landed in Kazakhstan along with their Russian counterpart Anton Schkaplerow. As with the outbound flight on April 9, 2021, they were traveling with a Soyuz spacecraft.
