War in Ukraine: Russia recruits 134,500 recruits

Russian troops invaded neighboring Ukraine on February 24. Nearly two weeks later, Russia admitted to using recruits there, which the leadership in Moscow allegedly did not know beforehand. At the time, the Kremlin promised that the military prosecutor would investigate these cases and punish those responsible.
