A 36yearold model has accused 49yearold actor Gustavo Novaes (photo featured) of a rape she believes took place in 2019. Ella described in detail what had happened to journalist Roberto Cabrini on Domingo Espetacular, saying that the artist even recorded a video at the time of the alleged abuse.
Ella, the model’s stage name, says she met the actor while working as an assistant director at a broadcaster in 2018.

“He had sex with me while I was unconscious and filmed it,” the model said. “I only found out because I found the video. It took me a long time to understand that this is a rape of the weak and even longer to accept it,” she added.
The program aired the moment of the alleged abuse. In the pictures, Ella lies face down on a bed and appears to be asleep.

According to the report, Gustavo Novaes denied the rape allegations and said he had been in a consensual relationship with the model for about a month. “We had a nice casual relationship. Once we had sex and I had already commented on making a video and she ended up harassing herself because of it,” he said.
“Of course it was consensual. how does she say that [que foi estupro] If we hung out all night, were we in a relationship and having sex at the time?” Novaes added.
In February 2019, Ella filed a complaint against Novaes with the police, accusing him of unauthorized recording of the intimate video. The lawyer representing the model is trying to get the courts to accept the allegation of the rape of a vulnerable person.
“She later started seeing things, you know … I think when you’re being abused, you realize it right away,” Novaes added.
