Three years have passed since the incident, and the actor is still facing a difficult situation court proceedings in the United States, All this time he has been under house arrest without a work permit and is able to go out with restricted working hours, in addition to having his passport revoked by the authorities.

“The pandemic hasn’t helped this case, there’s a lawyer on the side of the defense sometimes because erases the memory of the witnesses and when asked for the details, the memory may not be the same as it was in 2019, and the changes in the statement are the difference between the decision of guilt or innocence‘ the lawyer explained.
When asked about the jury in the actor’s trial, the attorney noted that “the judge has made it clear that this is the final installment of this trial,” but she could extend the date if either party disagrees with the choice.
What happened?
On the day of the incident, the 35-year-old actor was traveling with his son to the airport on his way back to Mexico after a few days of vacation with his family when his brother-in-law Lucas Delfino got out of his vehicle to request a maneuver from Cuban Juan Ricardo Hernández.
At that moment, Pablo Lyle got out of the car and met Juan Ricardo Hernandezwho immediately fell unconscious to the ground, as can be seen in security cameras from a gas station near the incident.

The actor managed to travel to Mexico, but returned to Miami to face the legal battle, and although he was initially paroled and paid a fine, the subject he struck died days later of a skull injury and Lyle became charged with involuntary manslaughter.
