A family quarrel led to a shootout. It happened Cetinje, in Montenegro, where a 34-year-old man killed ten people and was later killed. According to the police reconstruction, the man first shot dead a woman and her two children, aged 8 and 11, who lived in an apartment he owned.

The exact dynamics of the incident and the reasons that prompted the man to commit the massacre are still being investigated by Montenegrin law enforcement agencies. According to local media reports, the gesture came after a family dispute. After the massacre, the 34-year-old was allegedly killed by a civilian, although other sources say a police officer killed him.
Montenegro in mourning after the shooting
Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic proclaimed three days of national mourning. “I invite all citizens of Montenegro to be with the families of the innocent victims,” Abazovic wrote on Telegram.
The whole country is shocked by what happened in Cetinje, a city of 14,000 people and the old royal capital of Montenegro. Some of the injured are in a very critical condition, and it cannot be ruled out that the death toll could be even higher.
