Tammy Hembrow showed off her incredible post-pregnancy figure in a bikini while breastfeeding her newborn daughter Posy on Monday.
The 28-year-old fitness influencer stretched out on her patio on a red and white checked blanket, wearing a floral yellow swimsuit with cute ruffles.
She uploaded two photos to Instagram with flowers in the caption, the first of which shows her two-month-old daughter lying on the floor next to her in a gray bed.

Tammy’s post comes after she replied to comedian Celeste Barber, who called her on Instagram just 12 days after giving birth for showing off her flat stomach.
‘This body created life x3!’ Tammy captioned the post before directly tagging Celeste, writing, “And I’ll wear what I want.”
Celeste, 40, had previously criticized the activewear mogul for showing off her slender frame so soon after giving birth, saying it sent a “dangerous” message to other mums.
“No disrespect well done for your success but this is dangerous,” Celeste wrote alongside shots of Tammy posing in a skin-tight crop top and leggings.
“Women should NEVER feel like they have to put on gym clothes and show their bodies to prove something, ESPECIALLY 12 days after having a baby. 12 DAYS!’

Celeste, who has two young sons with her husband Api Robin, also shared her own experience just days after giving birth.
“Gosh, I sat in a bag and cried into a pillow after having my babies. How we look is irrelevant. Be nice to yourself, wet your nipples and unfollow accounts that make you feel like shit!’ She said.
In her June 30 Instagram post that got Celeste so excited, Tammy revealed her lean and toned physique 12 days postpartum.

She explained that she “stayed as active as possible” before and during her pregnancy by following her routines on her own fitness app.
“I really feel like my core was at its best in my entire life right before I got pregnant with Posy, so I’m excited to see what I can do this time after baby number 3!”
Tammy, who said she’s ready to get back into a fitness regimen six weeks after giving birth, stressed that every journey is different.
“Please DO NOT be hard on yourself or compare yourself to others. We all have different genes, different lifestyles, different circumstances, etc.,” she wrote.
‘Nevertheless, I work and have worked extremely hard and want nothing more than to motivate and inspire you!’
