And it seems that Darvid Garayeli healed his heartbreak by hitting the gym.
The former reality star, 28, debuted his incredible body transformation on Tuesday and revealed he’s lost a whopping 25kg.

The tall, dark and handsome star shared before and after pictures of the results and flaunted her rippled abs.
“I’m feeling pretty great,” he began his Instagram caption.
“It’s amazing what you can achieve in just a few months. The second pic is me earlier this year, I was out of the routine for a while away from the @bacheloretteau, quit my physical job and moved to the city.
“Exercise has been a huge part of my adult life, it’s the only thing I struggle without and as soon as I started moving again I felt so much better.”
He continued, “I can honestly say that this is the first time that I’ve just enjoyed training instead of focusing on how I look and the results have happened.”
Darvid added he has no plans to share his latest post but said he might encourage someone else to jumpstart their fitness journey.
“But I just thought, fuck it, hopefully it gets someone going to make the first move, whatever that might be. You’ll feel so much better,’ he added.
The fitness advocate then gave details of his third photo, taken during his senior year at school.
“Oh and the last picture is of me in senior year waking up the next day and seeing this photo changed everything and lost 25kg in 6 months,” Darvid wrote.
Darvid’s transformation comes together less than three months after his shocked split from Bachelorette Brooke.

While they both agreed to split late last year, Darvid was the first to announce it publicly.
“Begin the new year with the end of one chapter and hopefully the beginning of a new one,” he wrote on New Year’s Day.
“Unfortunately, Brooke and I have split up. While we both genuinely thought we were each other’s persona, things change and that’s okay.
The split then turned bitter when Brooke deleted all evidence of the Melbourne-based couple from her Instagram.

In June, Darvid revealed where he stands with ex Brooke after a fan asked him about their friendship status.
“It’s a definite no from me,” he wrote alongside a skull and crossbones emoji.
At the time of their split, Brooke tried to keep details about the end of their relationship a secret, but Brooke recently confessed to NITV that she felt Darvid wanted to “humiliate” her by going public with their breakup.
Brooke told the network that with the breakup being made so public, she had “no choice” and wished Darvid had waited to announce it.
They have also unfollowed and blocked each other on social media.
