Zara McDermott has admitted she will be “stressed and overwhelmed” if she doesn’t plan her workday carefully on Tuesday.
The self-proclaimed “workaholic,” 25, gave fans a glimpse into her very regimented day, broken up into 30-minute segments, as she shared her schedule on Instagram.
Zara revealed she takes 15 minutes to check her phone before completing a proper skincare routine and makes sure she always works out.

Lying in bed with no makeup alongside a selfie, Zara asked her followers: “Anybody else hate sleeping? I sleep because I have to, not because I want to.’
“I’m zero excited to go to bed because for some reason my brain works best between 10pm and 1am, which means I’m often texting work, emailing, brainstorming ideas, etc. at ridiculous times.
“But at the same time I want to go to sleep quickly because tomorrow I have a very strict to-do list that I have to check off every item,” admitted the Love Island star.

She continued, “I’m looking forward to my 7am alarm going off so I can start getting things done. Am I a workaholic? Maybe. Do I like anyone else or am I just a complete maniac?’
“I plan my days in 30-minute segments. It’s exhausting every damn day, but if I don’t do it I get stressed and overwhelmed.”
It comes as Zara, who appeared in Love Island season four, revealed some show secrets – admitting the crew is in and out of the villa every day and contestants usually know when a text is on the way.

When boyfriend Sam Thompson, 29, took to his Instagram Story to quiz Zara on the matter, she agreed that “basically there’s just loads of people hanging around the villa” – and confirmed that the crew are with the islanders goes to the mansion.
A fascinated Sam turned to his girlfriend and asked: “I have a question for you, I’ve been thinking about it for a while. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, do you have a chef? You don’t cook all your own meals.”
While Zara replied: “No, so you cook your own breakfast, but you have caterers for lunch and dinner. They cook the food on site, they bring it to the villa and you serve yourself like a buffet.”

“So it’s basically like there’s loads of people hanging around?” asked Sam, as his girlfriend agreed: “A fair amount of people chilling around while you eat yeah,” revealing that the crew is in and out of the mansion.
The shocked Made In Chelsea star couldn’t believe the revelation as he exclaimed: “Oh my god you prima donnas too.”
Sam and Zara have shared a host of Villa secrets via Instagram, as Zara previously revealed that contestants are forewarned by show bosses to have their phone nearby if a text message comes in – which means they usually know , when one comes.
