New Mexico A woman is accused of pulling a gun against another driver on Sunday because she was so enraged by the sight of his vaccine bumper sticker, authorities said.
Albuquerque’s Christina Blair was reportedly fired on February 27 after seeing a sticker on a man’s armor declaring that he had been vaccinated against COVID-19and started honking his car, cursing him, and even throwing water bottles at the man’s car while they were stopped at a red light, KTLA reported.
The 33-year-old eventually followed her husband into a Walgreens parking lot after he accidentally returned to her car in an attempt to escape, prompting Blair to pull out a gun in a threatening manner, police said.
The man, who was not named, said Blair had “shaken the piston slider”, prompting him to back off and call 911 “for fear she would shoot him”.

Mr Blair has since been accused of carrying out a deadly assault with a deadly weapon.
“In the course of my investigation, I was able to establish that (Blair) did indeed have the opportunity to leave … but instead I openly reached into her vehicle and pulled out a gun that threatened (the man),” the officer wrote.
The victim in the case did film the whole incident on video, but the footage has not yet been made public.
Police were able to track down Blair at her home using her registration number, authorities said.

Mr Blair, who reportedly worked for a car dealership, admitted to police that she pulled out her gun during the incident, but said she did it because she was “scared”.
Meanwhile, the district attorney’s office has asked Blair to stay behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center until the court, where she has remained since Thursday, calling her a “dangerous person.”
Her criminal history includes four juvenile crimes that are “all violent in nature,” according to online court records.
She was sentenced to three years probation in 2007 after pleading guilty to aggravated assault and falsifying evidence, but details of the case have not been made public.
