Tekashi 6ix9ine’s girlfriend is barred from contacting the rapper following her domestic violence arrest

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s longtime girlfriend has been ordered to adhere to a lockdown, which prohibits her from being in physical or verbal contact with the rapper.

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the musician’s partner, Rachel Wattley, has been told that she cannot communicate with Tekashi 6ix9ine via “phone calls, texts, letters, social media” or through third parties.

She’s also required to stay at least 500 feet away, though Tekashi tells the outlet his relationship with Wattley is “fine” and he’s not bringing charges against her over an alleged domestic dispute.

Meanwhile, the musician said Wattley and her child from a previous relationship are staying at his Florida home, while he’s staying at a hotel.

Despite everything, once the case against her is settled, he plans to move back into his house with her.

Last Monday, 25-year-old Wattley was checked into Miami-Dade Jail at 3:40 a.m. for reportedly hitting her boyfriend multiple times at Kiki by the River, a nightclub and restaurant, according to the arrest report and online records .

It’s unclear what the domestic dispute was about, but the two appeared to be having a great night.

Wattley, who goes by the name Jade, posted numerous Instagram videos to her account @_ohyousoJade on Sunday night from a birthday party she attended with her friends.

Wattley and the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, 26, have been a couple for three years.

Wattley and Hernandez were escorted out of the restaurant around half past midnight after she allegedly grabbed his chain and punched him in the face multiple times, according to the Miami Police Department’s arrest report.

They continued to argue outside the club, police said, and she hit him again during that argument.

Police saw a swelling on Hernandez’s left check, the arrest report said, and he told officers she hit him.

The beaten Hernandez left the scene but was asked by police to return, but he refused.

Surveillance video confirmed the reports, according to Miami police.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Hernandez launched his career in 2017 with the single Gummo.

By this time he was already well known to police and prosecutors after pleading guilty to molesting a child in a sex performance. He received a suspended sentence for his crime but was back behind bars in 2018 after being arrested on racketeering charges as part of a drug and gun ring in collaboration with the violent Nine Trey gang.

The rapper, who has a distinctive 69 tattooed on his face, turned his former drug partners around and testified for the indictment against several gang members. Through his cooperation, he was able to convert a possible 47-year sentence into two years in federal prison.

In the song Snitch he recalled his work with federal prosecutors.

“You think I’m a snitch, well,” he raps. ‘I stole, I stole to get out. You would have stolen too.«

He was released from prison in April 2020 because of the dangers Covid-19 posed to him as an asthmatic.

According to online publication CapitalXtra, Wattley began dating Hernandez in 2018 before he went to prison.

Wattley has two likenesses of the rapper tattooed on her body.

“You were there when nobody was there,” Hernandez said of his girlfriend on Instagram.

Wattley is being held on $1,500 bail but Hernandez is trying to get her out, according to TMZ.

“I’m going to get her out of jail — she attacked me in front of the police, I told them, ‘You have to evaluate her, she’s obviously under the influence, I have no intention of pressing charges … I’m the one trying to, her out of a tight spot,” he told the website.
