His estranged wife Kim Kardashian was declared unmarried by a judge on Wednesday.
And Kanye West appeared to be moving ahead of the development on Thursday when he was seen stepping out in Miami with his new girlfriend Cheney Jones.
the 44-year-old rapper and 24-year-old model were spotted in complementary all-black ensembles as they stepped out of his hotel.
Moving on: Kanye West was spotted leaving his Miami hotel on Thursday with girlfriend Cheney Jones, 24, in charge just a day after his ex Kim Kardashian was declared legally single
Cheney kept the sharp black leather jacket with silver zippers running through her chest and an upside-down collar.
She highlighted her toned legs in a skimpy pair of black shorts and wore her long raven tresses swept back into thick waves while wearing thin black sunglasses.
Kanye looked casual in a black tank top, which he tucked into his black jeans, and also wore some of the many tall black rain boots he has preferred in recent weeks.
Cheney, who is known to be dead for Kanye’s ex Kim, spent time with the rapper after his breakup with Julia Fox.
Earlier this week, he posted a photo of himself and Cheney together, captioning it with a black heart, to which she replied in comments: ‘My love.’
Earlier this week, the hitmaker caught up with another figure ousted by the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Khloe Kardashian’s former Tristan Thompson.
Kanye and the Chicago Bulls player were spotted having dinner with other women Tuesday night at the Setai Hotel, though it’s unclear if Cheney is part of the group.

Rapper Monster has returned publicly after failing in his attempts to delay his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
A day earlier, a judge declared the 41-year-old reality star unmarried and allowed her to go back to her maiden name after accepting West’s last name.
The legal action is called bifurcation, which Kanye opposed.
The judge’s move to make Kim legally single also means he is now officially single, although the couple are still working to finalise their divorce and untangle their assets.
Kardashian – dressed in a black blouse and back-to-back hair – appeared via video Wednesday in court in downtown Los Angeles, but Kanye was not present at all, as sources close to the rapper had expected.
In addition to satisfying Kim’s request to reinstate her maiden name, Judge Steve Cochran rejected West’s request to prevent her from transferring assets from trusts set up during the marriage.
The feuding couple, both billionaires, had their highly qualified lawyers in court on Wednesday: Laura Washer for Kardashian and Samantha Spector for West. Spector was only appointed last night after West fired his former lawyer.

Judge Cochran began the hearing by asking Kardashian how her four children from the hip hop star and producer – North, eight; Andy Saint, six; Chicago, four; and Psalm two did.
“Everybody’s doing well,” she replied.
Asked by the judge if she was “showering her children with love,” she replied: “Absolutely.”
She added: “We’re having so much fun.”
After asking Kardashian to raise her right hand to take the oath of office, Judge Cochran asked her a series of five questions:
Is everything in your petition true? “Yes,” she replied.
Did you live in Los Angeles for at least six months before you filed for divorce? — Yes.
Is your marriage irretrievably broken? — Yes.
Will counselling save your marriage? ‘No.’
Is it your desire to be granted unmarried status? — Yes.
Going solo: Kim Kardashian, 41, attended the hearing remotely, although Kanye was not present for the art during her trip to Miami seen on 24 February in Milan
With a smile, the judge told Kim it was his practice to see pictures of children taking part in trials outside his court.
But in this case, he added, he did not ask to see photos “to protect children’s privacy. Do you agree with that?
“Yes, Your Honor, thank you,” she replied with a smile.
Washer told the court he “did not believe there would be any disagreements” between the star couple over custody of their children.
But she and West’s attorney, Spectre, encountered hurdles on two other issues.
The first was Kanye’s request to prevent Kim from transferring assets from any trust – a request Kim responded to because of their existing prenuptial agreement, which already keeps their trusts and assets separate.
Washer told the court today that Kim “used these trusts for his business and freezing her assets would… create problems. That would prevent her from doing business.

The second point of contention was West’s request to Kim to “waive marriage privilege.” Waiving marriage privileges would mean that all their communication would no longer be private and would instead be part of the court protocol.
Washer called the request “unprecedented” and accused West of trying to “prevent or hinder Ms. Kardashian’s remarry” in the future.
Judge Cochran denied West’s attempt to prevent Kardashian from taking money from her trusts and also rejected the rapper’s request for her to waive marriage privileges, told the court: “The law does not provide support for this condition.”
The judge scheduled August 5 for a statute and pre-trial hearing to hear arguments from both sides on financial matters and custody of children that have not yet been settled.
Assault: In recent weeks, West has started attacking his girlfriend Pete Davidson on social media. West did not object through his lawyer, but asked a judge to allow funds intended to be split between the two to go to the other partner if one of them died, which they agreed to
After the court appearance, Samantha Spector, the fourth divorce lawyer who represented West in the proceedings, released a statement to “dispel a few untruths.”
“Kanye’s documents have always shown that his divorce problems [were] only procedural,” she said, before saying her client would provide any “official” comment at the time. ‘Furthermore, he always supported divorce only if Kim met the procedural requirements for the protection of rights under [California] law – the same rights granted to any judicial participant going through a divorce.’
She continued: ‘Today it was found and heard in court that Kim initially did not have the necessary documents to obtain the family’s split. As mentioned in our statement yesterday, Yee focuses all his attention on their children.
A source close to the rapper says he also wants the divorce to continue, although this is not consistent with his delay tactics in court or his public statements about trying to get his wife back
She filed for divorce in February 2021 and the couple initially seemed on the same page, but in recent weeks West has started attacking her boyfriend Pete Davidson on social media.
Requirements: The judge rejected kim’s request not to transfer assets held in trusts and to waive a spouse’s right to avoid testifying about conversations with her; seen in 2020
He has also repeatedly posted text conversations that appear to be with his estranged wife, including one conversation in which she appears to write: ‘Why can’t you keep any of our conversations private???’
Because I got a message from my favorite person in the world,” he allegedly replied. “I’m your number one fan. Why don’t I tell everyone!!!!’
Kardashian seems to have no desire to delay her divorce, but her ex has shared many times publicly that he hopes to win her back.
West’s ex earlier filed documents claiming his latest social media posts were filled with ‘misinformation’ and she claimed their attacks on her and her boyfriend Pete Davidson had caused her ’emotional distress’.
“I believe that the court that terminates our marital status will help Kanye accept that our marital relationship is over and move forward on a better path that will help us in the peaceful parenting of our children,” Kardashian wrote in documents filed on February 23. , according to Rolling Stone.
West’s lawyers said Kardashian would have to prove that he personally wrote the posts, although they did not appear to explicitly deny that he wrote them in their own files.
‘Kim claims to have read something online that is alleged to be from Kanye and characterises the posts in her statement as misinformation. Social media posts are not attached to the declaration. Kim had to offer the social media posts as evidence and show that the posts were written by Kanye,” his lawyers wrote, adding that Kardashian’s claims constituted “double rumors.”
Relentless: Kardashian pleaded with him over a text: ‘Why can’t you keep any of our conversations private??? and he replied: ‘Because I got a message from my loved one in the world’
Although West’s lawyers appear to be questioning whether he is responsible for posts on his social media account, he appears to have taken steps in his posts to present himself as their author.
In a post that was deleted on Instagram, the rapper shared a photo of himself holding a yellow notebook with the caption “My account hasn’t been hacked” and the date “2 13 22.”
The post’s caption presents the recognizable, airless style in capital letters, to which many of West’s recent posts adhere.
“MY PROFILE IS NOT HACKNUT,” the post in the caption reads, before noting that West will take his children to sunday’s service, followed by the Super Bowl.
Sources told TMZ that the musician and fashion designer has not worked closely with his legal team.
Instead, he made it clear that he didn’t want to divorce Kardashian, but left it up to his lawyers to work out a legal strategy for him, even though he now seems to be back on board with the divorce.
Mixed messages: The rapper made unacceptable complaints to Kardashian about his social media posts, claiming she had not proved he wrote them, but previously posted on Instagram that his account had ‘not been hacked’
