A fisherman has found a “dragon-like” fish off the coast of Tromsø in Norway, adding to the collection of strange creatures he’s pulled from the deep.

Roman Fedortsov, who works on commercial trawlers, was fishing in the Norwegian Sea when he came across the unusual-looking creature.

He took a picture of the fish, which is light pink in color with large eyes, wing-like shapes on the body and a long tail.

Sharing the image with his 646,000 followers on Instagram, Roman wrote, “Just a quote: ‘It’s one thing to hunt something without a name, but it’s quite another thing to find it’: GF Lovecraft.”

The post garnered more than 22,000 likes, with users stunned by the strange beast.
