Mila Kunis admits she and husband Ashton Kutcher do NOT close the door when using home bathroom: ‘Body function is a standard norm’
Mila Kunis admitted that she and husband Ashton Kutcher have taken it easy on leaving the bathroom door open while they are at home with children Wyatt and Dimitri.
The 39-year-old That 70s Show graduate tells E! News that her daughter and son, seven and five, “knocked every two seconds,” she finally stopped closing the barrier.
“For better or for worse, as a family, [we] have all kinds of embodied bodily functions as a very common norm,” she told the outlet.

Ukrainian-born Kunis said closing the door in her household with the punk’d star never worked.
“It doesn’t matter if I close it. It never made a difference,” she told journalist Francesca Amiker during a press tour for her upcoming film Luckiest Girl Alive.
The topic came up after she was asked, “What was one thing you swore you wouldn’t do in any of your relationships, and now you’re doing it shamelessly?”
“Honestly, our doors in our house are always open. We don’t have closed doors in our house — that includes the bathroom,” the actress revealed.

“I never thought that I would be the person who can go to the bathroom with the door open,” she began the statement.
Finally giving in, she explained and said she thought, “Oh, forget it. Just keep the damn door open!’
Her last home in Beverly Hills had five bathrooms, but one must have drawn the family in particular.
Mila is no stranger to discussing matters of her home life with Iowa-born Kutcher.
In 2021, the parents sparked an internet frenzy when they admitted they only bath their brood when they get visibly dirty.

“If you can see the dirt on it, clean it. Otherwise, there’s no point,” Kutcher said on the Armchair Expert podcast.
And Kunis doubled down on the thought as she added, “I wasn’t that parent who bathed my newborns — ever. I didn’t have hot water as a kid, so I didn’t shower much anyway.”
The couple met when they were cast on That ’70s Show and recently reprized their roles as Jackie Burkhart and Michael Kelso for the upcoming spin-off That ’90s Show.
This ’70s show aired from 1998 to 2006, and the two actors maintained a friendship during that time.
Years later, they became romantically engaged and tied the knot in 2015 — two years after Kutcher split from ex-wife Demi Moore.
