Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been the talk of the town since reports of their wedding started circulating. Though the couple have been silent, Alia has responded to the excitement for the first time. Yes, the actress recently left a comment on a video posted to his Instagram handle by YouTuber Nikunj Lotia, commonly known as BeYouNick. In the hilarious video, Nikunj can be seen in white kurta pajamas running behind a car that has the banner “Alia weds Ranbir” written on it.
Nikunj recreated a scene from Shahid Kapoor’s film Kabir Singh and then shared a picture with Alia. After a few seconds, his photo will be replaced with Ranbir. He also added a sad song to the video to convey the heartbreaking essence. Sharing the video, he captioned it “Me on April 17th” and a heartbreaking emoticon.
Shortly after sharing the video, Alia left a comment, “ded,” along with a laughing emoticon.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding preparations seem to be in full swing, reports suggest. RK Studios were seen decked out in lights on Sunday. Their wedding ceremonies reportedly begin on April 13 and last until April 17. After their marriage, the couple will offer langar at a gurudwara in Mumbai as part of the rituals.
For D-Day, Alia Bhatt will wear a lehenga designed by ace designer Sabyasachi and for other occasions she will wear outfits designed by Manish Malhotra, according to reports.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will soon be starring in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. It will be the first time they appear on screen as a couple.
