“And when I say a little, I mean a little like extras on Neighbors and a Harris Scarfe commercial in the background,” he added.
Alex, who recently got divorced before signing up for Love Triangle, also revealed why he decided to give the social experiment a try.
After 10 years of dating, the tech specialist turned to apps to get back on the dating scene.
Alex recently got divorced before signing on Love Triangle. He joined the show after having little luck with dating apps
But he had no luck finding a match after spending a decade in a relationship with no online dating experience.
“I started on the dating apps and it didn’t go well. It just didn’t work at all,” he told Chron Australia.
“I thought I was making the wrong decisions and picking the wrong people.”

He told Chron Australia he was thinking about taking part in Love Triangle until his cousin signed on for another dating series
Alex said it wasn’t until his cousin signed up for another dating series that he thought about participating in Love Triangle.
“I basically heard from my cousin that she was going to do a Canadian reality show,” he explained.
“It’s kind of tempting to get into a situation with someone you really don’t know and they don’t know you. But you must try to go on this journey and have experiences together to try to build a relationship.
“I thought, ‘You know what? It honestly couldn’t be worse than what I’m getting on the dating app,” he added. ‘So I did it.’
