the letter from Jennifer Lopez to his fans, where he shares how insightful and heartfelt his marriage proposal was. In it, he reveals that Ben Affleck knelt down to ask her to marry him, also assuring that the color green is without a doubt his lucky color now:
“Have you ever imagined that your biggest dream could come true?” JLo begins her statement.
It all happened on a Saturday night when her lover Ben Affleck surprised her after 20 years by giving her her second engagement ring and asking her to be his wife. The cantata says that she cried and smiled at the same time. And this story, this love story is from a movie. He asked her if her reaction might be yes, and without a second’s hesitation she said yes. JLo gave Ben Affleck a resounding yes.
And note that A Rod recently responded to his ex’s signing. And he did it on TV, during a live ESPN show. Here is his reaction.
But JLo’s story about the day of her engagement continues. And he added: “I smiled and tears ran down my face.” The singer says she was incredibly happy at the time. She says she felt complete.
He says the moment wasn’t luxurious at all. That it was all just romantic: “Just a quiet Saturday night at home, two people promising to always be there for each other. Two very happy people. That they had a second chance at true love.” JLo made it clear and affirmed, affirmed that Ben Affleck is her true love, said it clearly, simply and directly.
He concluded his anecdote with this message: “Green has always been my lucky color and it certainly always will be now.” And it so happens that her new engagement ring is green, and remember her iconic Versace dress is green too. Mint green was also the dress she wore to an Oscars with Ben. The green saying has always been there.
