They were already practicing being husband and wife as they walked down the aisle during a late-night ceremony after the Grammy Awards in Las Vegas earlier this month.

And Kourtney Kardashian is expecting something a little bigger for her real-life wedding to fiancé Travis Barker, though the couple strives to make their day as intimate as possible given the limited attendance.

“They don’t want a big wedding,” an insider told PEOPLE magazine. “They want an intimate ceremony and party for family and close friends. Kourtney’s family wants to be a part of it.’

Since this will be Kourtney’s first marriage, sources told the publication that the Kardashian-Jenner brood “want to throw her a bridal shower, a bachelorette party and celebrate as much as possible.”

“Nobody wants her to do a quick nuptials in Las Vegas,” the source added, despite their trial nuptials in early April.

Just a week ago, Kourtney and Travis walked into the One Love Wedding Chapel when Dean Diamond, their Elvis officiant for the evening, called them “kids at a candy store who walked in” after a tumultuous night in Las Vegas, Nevada get married, described at the Grammy Awards.

Dean shared that Travis “spoke with his eyes,” saying, “He didn’t say as much as she did, but he spoke with his eyes as he looked at her like, ‘Wow, I get to marry you.'”

Despite a drunken night, Dean revealed the couple were very clear as they exchanged their vows, giving the ceremony a lot of meaning.

The couple were already wearing rings, so Dean tied the knot with the ring ceremony, singing King classic Can’t Help Falling in Love alongside A Mess Of Blues while the happy couple shared a kiss.

Kourtney and Travis are believed to have paid around $600 extra for Dean to wed her, with the ceremony itself costing just $199 – as they insisted on an Elvis impersonator for the special moment.

The couple started dating more than a year ago and have been friends for some time, as neighbors who live next to each other in Calabasas, California. He got on one knee and proposed on the beach during sunset in October while her family watched from afar.

She has three children with her ex Scott Disick while he also has three children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
