They will also analyze other draft land legislation; protection of consumer rights; of tenders; of prices; of electronic transactions; Cooperatives and civil defense during the 21 days that the works will be extended.
The legislature, whose sessions last until November 15, is also expected to adopt two draft resolutions on the content of parliamentary sessions and the selection of license plates by tender.
Also to give the go-ahead for the pilot implementation of some mechanisms and guidelines for the development of the city of Buon Ma Thuot in the central province of Dak Lak.
The fourth regular session, Secretary-General and Head of Parliament’s Office Bui Van Cuong announced, will also assess compliance with the Socio-Economic Development Plan, State Budget Estimates and Public Investment Plan, and question officials from the government.
Another issue put to MEPs for consideration is the reports of judiciary and government bodies on the fight against corruption.
Prior to this fourth session, the 16th session of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly was held on October 10-12, at which the President of the Legislative Branch, Vuong Dinh Hue, warned of delays in the national socio-economic development program in the areas of ethnic and mountainous minorities in the period 2021-2030.
Din Hue called on the government to speed up the pace of implementation, saying the Parliament’s Ethnic Council will improve oversight in this regard.
The head of this body, Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, confirmed that a year after the program was approved, promulgation of the regulations on the mechanisms for its development was generally completed, but the pace of execution is slow.
