The €150 November bonus
That Bonus 150 euros in November it is a one-off grant provided for in the Ter Aid Decree. The amount will not be paid automatically to employees who are required to complete a self-certification to be submitted to the employer in order to receive it on the November 2022 payslip.

In fact, the severance payment only has to be paid once, even if there are several employment relationships.
The INPS specifies that this one-off compensation of 150 euros is automatically recognized at a fixed rate if the employer submits a declaration from the employee stating that, in the circumstances, “that he is not the owner of the property referred to in Article 19, paragraphs 1 and 16 ” of Legislative Decree 144/2022 It should also be noted that paragraph 3 of the relevant Article 18 provides: “The single compensation […] it is only available to employees once, even if they have more than one employment relationship”.
Who is entitled to the €150 bonus from November 2022
Payment by the employer applies to all employment relationships, with the exception of domestic employment relationships, provided that the limit of the monthly wages, to be understood as wages subject to social security contributions, of 1,538 euros within the area of responsibility of the Federal Social Insurance Office is observed in the month of November 2022, also in the cases in which there is a partially fictitious cover in the aforementioned month. Fixed-term agricultural workers are also excluded.
It should be noted that when calculating the salary ceiling, amounts that may be excluded from the taxation of contributions due to exceeding the annual ceiling or that are excluded from the amount referred to in article 55 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2017.
All employees, including agency workers, employees of public and private employers, are entitled to the recognition of the one-off allowance of 150 euros, regardless of whether they assume the status of an entrepreneur or not. The allowance is up to 150 euros, even for an employee with a part-time contract.
