War in Ukraine They were sent to help Russian forces deploy Shahed 136 drones: a dozen Iranian instructors were killed in Ukrainian army raids

A dozen Iranian instructors were reportedly killed by Shahed-136 “kamikaze” drones in two raids by Ukrainian forces in the past few days in Ukraine.

According to the Israeli Kan media, these men are Islamic Revolutionary Guardsmen dispatched from Tehran to Ukraine to train Russian forces on how to use Iranian Shahed-136 drones.

The White House on Thursday said Iranians traveled to Crimea, annexed by Russia in 2014, to help Russian forces deploy those drones in Ukraine, something Moscow and Tehran deny.
