There was a big twist in the fifth episode of Stan Original Series Love Triangle.
After hooking up early in the season, the six singletons — Alex, Kyle, Ly, Lisa, Yannick, and Madi — had to have a date with the match, which they didn’t choose in the first and second episodes.
While Alex, Kyle, and Madi said they’d rather stick with their chosen partners, Ly and Yannick seemed to have more chemistry with their dates.

When contestant Lisa left her partner Patrick at home to meet up with Matt, she felt conflicted after they hit it off over their dinner.
“Matt gives me everything I wanted for this experience,” said Lisa.
Meanwhile, Patrick was back home and had doubts about where he stood with Lisa.
“Right now my girl Lisa is dating a random guy from Melbourne named Matt who’s a loser,” he said. “So she’s probably totally bored.”

When a producer asked Patrick what questions he would have for Lisa when she got home, he replied, “Did you kiss him?”
“The first question I would ask Lisa would be, ‘Have you kissed that guy?'” he added.
The producer then pressed Patrick and asked what would happen if Lisa kissed Matt on their date.
“I won’t be here to answer if she said yes,” he said. “She knows my limits. She knows what will make me go completely.’

‘What is that?’ she asked him, to which Patrick replied, “I’m paranoid.”
The two both sat on the couch to go over how the date went, with Lisa asking Patrick what he would like to know.
He interrupted Lisa and pressed her on whether or not she kissed Matt on the date.
“Hell no, I didn’t kiss him,” she replied. “Do you want to know why? Because there is only one Patrick and I fell in love with him.

“Even if you’re not on the same page, even if you don’t feel it, I’m all in.”
The couple kissed on the couch and Patrick said he was confident he could fall in love with Lisa.
But things took a turn the next morning when Lisa and Patrick knocked on the door and saw that Matt had shown up unannounced.

In next week’s episode, all of the singletons’ second matches will move into their homes along with their original partners.
