Singer Sérgio Missão, 45, of the band Somos So Jovens Tributo Legião, died on Friday night (28) after feeling ill during a performance at the Municipal Theater in Ribeirão Preto.
A video available to the Acidadeon report shows the moment the musician leaves the stage. Mission even took part in a live interview on the EPTV newspaper this Friday to help publicize the show Legion 4.0.
Following the band’s advice, he had cardiac arrest and was rescued by SAMU (Emergency Mobile Care Service), but couldn’t make it to the hospital. The cause of death was not disclosed.

The musician’s wake has been taking place since Saturday morning (29) with a funeral planned for 4 p.m. in the Parque dos Girassóis. The band “We Are So Young Legion Tribute” shared a statement on social media see below in full.
“Sérgio was a wonderful father and husband, a present friend, a great professional and his voice will forever be in our hearts. Rest in peace friend! We will never forget your positive energy.”
