Rita Guedes spoke about her personal life, and didn’t hide his sincerity when speaking about the current singles phase. at the age of 50, The actress says she “paid a heavy price” for not “succumbing to society’s pressures.” Apart from being single, she has no children and is independent.
“You’re seen as a crazy, difficult person. They’re trying to discredit it somehow. I’ve always fought for it. I absolutely wanted to be respected in my desires, not to let my ideas, desires, my plans come to naught,” the artist said in an interview with the portal Gshow.
Rita confessed that she had no intention of starting a family and “never needed a man to be respected”.. “I haven’t married, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to get married. If I want tomorrow I will get married. It was never my goal to have children. I never needed a man by my side to be respected. To get what I wanted. I’ve done it myself. I had to pay a high price, yes, but I’m happy to pay it,” he said.
On the small screen, Rita Guedes has been away from soap operas since her appearance in Malhao: Vidas Brasileiras (2018). She is currently working on the second season of Globoplay’s Arcanjo Renegado series.
