“I actually feel like I’m finally starting to really enjoy motherhood. And it’s not that I didn’t enjoy it before or that I didn’t love my kids or they didn’t bring me so much joy and love,” she explained.
“I just felt like I was in the trenches there for a good two years. It was an intense time in my life and I was at such a breaking point.’
“I felt like I was in survival mode for a long time. Now I can’t wait for them to wake up…I miss them when they go to sleep.”

In December, Jesinta revealed that having two children over the past two years has tested her marriage to Buddy.
She confessed to Stellar that both she and Buddy struggled to have quality time together due to their responsibilities as parents.
“A lot of people don’t talk about how hard it is for your marriage to have kids,” she said.
“I just felt like I was in the trenches there for a good two years. It was an intense time of my life and I was in such a drudgery,” Jesinta said
“We really didn’t have much time just the two of us without the kids, but we’re a very close-knit family.”
She continued, “It’s definitely not perfect, but we’re trying to focus on being a team and facing the challenges together,” she said of herself and Buddy.
Jesinta also commended her husband for being a proactive and loving father to their children.
“Bud is so hands-on and supportive and I really missed that while he was gone. I’m really lucky to have a partner who is such a great dad,” she said, referring to his absence during the football season.
