Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had “an ironclad marriage contract,” according to sources, which allowed their divorce to be resolved quickly.
While both the Gridiron star and supermodel are incredibly wealthy separately, the prenup allowed for their fortune to be split quickly.
A source said: “Before they married in 2009, an ironclad marriage contract was made. They both have their own separate business entities, so separating their assets ended up not being that complicated. The only other important factor was the allocation of their huge real estate portfolio.”
Brady, 45, is believed to be keeping the $17 million mansion currently under construction on Miami’s Indian Creek Island “billionaires’ bunker.” They bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.

The Post reported that before their divorce, the Brazilian bombshell quietly bought her own home in Miami Beach, a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo for $1.25 million.
Sources say she will likely use this property as an office and has also purchased another larger home in the area.

Meanwhile, Bundchen, 42, will also keep her home in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, where she regularly vacations with the kids.
Her vast real estate portfolio also includes a home in the Bahamas, another in Montana’s exclusive Yellowstone Club, and an apartment in New York City where Bummel was staying during their breakup.

While the divorce documents are confidential, sources say they will share joint custody of their children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Brady also has son Jack, 15, with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Brady has an estimated net worth of up to $333 million, while Bundchen — the world’s highest-paid model — is reportedly worth $400 million of her own.
After living apart for months, Brady and Bundchen – who married in a private ceremony in Santa Monica in February 2009 – confirmed last week that they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage.
The supermodel filed for divorce in Glades County, Fla. on Friday, and their marriage was dissolved immediately. Brady has not contested the filing.
The source added that the terms of the split and the split of their massive property portfolio had already been set ahead of the filing.
Bundchen and Brady representatives did not respond to requests for comment.
