Presidentelect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), 77 years old, indicated his favorite books and films to watch on this public holiday on Wednesday (November 2, 2022).
The publication was made by the Presidentelect’s team on Lula’s Twitter profile. The nominated books were: Torto Arado by Itamar Vieira Júnior and Um fault in color written by Ana Maria Gonçalves. The nominated film was When is she Coming Back?, starring actress Regina Casé.
Lula will spend 3 days of rest on a paradisiacal beach in the south of Bahia with his wife, the sociologist Rosângela da Silva, known as Janja, 56 years old. The couple will live in a house in Caraíva, in the municipality of Porto Seguro (BA).
The PT will stay at the summer home of Federal Representative Ronaldo Carletto (PPBA). The Carletto family owns Expresso Brasileiro Transportes.
In 2022, Ronaldo decided not to renew his term as a federal MP. He ran as the 1st substitute for Cacá Leão (PP) who tried (and lost) in the Senate race. In order for the family to remain in Congress, Ronaldo helped elect Orlando de Almeida Neto, his nephew, known as Neto Carletto, as MP.
