Her entrance came in the last few minutes of Styles’ set. The iconic chorus of Twain’s “Man, I Feel Like a Woman” began playing as soon as Styles performed “What Makes You Beautiful,” a classic from his boy band days with One Direction.

Styles, dressed in a low-cut jumpsuit embellished with rainbow sequins, appeared confused until Twain, 56, appeared on a platform backstage dressed in a matching sequined dress and white go-go boots.

Styles, 28, jumped into the chorus of “Man, I Feel Like a Woman” and the pair danced playfully on stage to thunderous applause.

At the end of the song, the two hugged before sitting on two stools. “In the car, with my mom as a kid, this lady taught me to sing,” Styles said. “She also told me that men are garbage. I will forever be grateful for the memories you gave me with my mother,” he told Twain.

“I’m so honored and thrilled to be here,” Twain said. “I’m kind of at a loss for words. I’m a bit speechless, what can I say?”

The pair then performed “You’re Still The One,” a song Twain noted as she wrote when Styles was just “a little kid.”

After the boisterous duet, Twain took over to Twitter to praise her co-star’s performance. “I mean come on… HARRY STYLES,” she wrote.

Styles also performed his record-breaking new single “As It Was” during his performance.

Styles’ set began at 11:35 a.m. on Friday. according to the Coachella schedule. Other headliners at the star-studded weekend include Billie Eilish, Arcade Fire, Carly Rae Jepsen and The Weeknd.
