HAVANA, 6th November (RHC) A total of 1,313 samples were collected in Cuba for the detection of COVID-19, 4 of which were positive, and no deaths were reported that day. The country collects 14 million 204 thousand 294 conducted samples and 1 million 111 thousand 296 positives.
By the end of yesterday, a total of 39 patients had been enrolled, 27 suspects and 12 confirmed active patients.
Of the total number of cases, 2 were contacts of confirmed cases and 2 with a source of infection abroad.
Likewise, two are asymptomatic, for a total of 147,517, representing (13.3%) of the cases confirmed to date.
Out of 1 million 111,000 296 patients diagnosed with the disease, 12 remain hospitalized, the 12 with stable clinical development. No confirmed severe or critical patients are reported in the country’s intensive care unit.
There are 8,530 deaths, giving a case fatality rate of 0.77% versus 1.04% in the world and 1.58% in America.
