Iran has admitted to supplying drones to Russia on Saturday (November 5). Kyiv fiercely accuses Tehran, which defends itself by saying that these weapons were sold in Ukraine before the war broke out.
Drones have been spreading terror among the Ukrainian population for several weeks. Fired by the Russian army, they were delivered by the Iranians. “The number of drones that we have made available to Russia is limited, and we did this before the outbreak of war in Ukraine. We have agreed with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister that he should give us any evidence he has about Russia’s possible use of our drones in Ukraine,” Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on Saturday (November 5).
This admission confirms the rapprochement between Iran and Russia. For its part, Kyiv, which has distanced itself from the Tehran regime, claims that 400 Iranian drones have already been used against the Ukrainian population and that Moscow has ordered around 2,000, 11 drones have been destroyed. We know for sure that Iranian instructors taught Russian terrorists how to use drones,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
