“The Blended Fest will not be held in Tampa, Austin and San Diego as planned due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. We are working with facilities and artists to take over operations and hopefully reschedule these events,” it added.
“We are working expeditiously to issue reasonable refunds to those who purchased tickets in accordance with our terms and conditions and to recover a significant number and amount of deposits paid to artists who will not be performing at these events.”
The Blended Festival described itself as “an experience like no other, combining some of the world’s most recognized artists, culinary stages, wine, beer and spirits, and dozens of activations and immersive experiences.”
