Sylvester Stallone has revealed his brief split from wife Jennifer Flavin will be part of the family’s new Paramount+ show amid speculation the couple’s split was staged for television.
Former model Jennifer, 54, filed for divorce from the Rocky legend, 76, in August after 25 years of marriage – but just a month later it was confirmed the couple – who have three daughters together – had reconciled.
The family now becomes the next top reality star, with Sly telling the Hollywood Reporter the split will “of course” be part of the show, while refreshingly acknowledging his own shortcomings as a husband and father.

The Tulsa King actor said: “It’s the John Lennon thing: ‘Life is what happens when you make other plans.’ Hopefully you’re dealing with people who understand the foibles of life and its fragility and know how rare a really good relationship is.
“Sometimes I present the work [my family]and that is a tragic mistake that will not happen again.’
Last month, the Oscar winner spoke candidly about the forces that brought him and his wife Jennifer back together.
He said: “There was a reawakening of what was more precious than anything, which is my love for my family,” Stallone told The Sunday Times. “It takes precedence over my work and that was a hard lesson to learn.”

Stallone told the outlet that he regrets focusing on his career over his children in some instances
“I didn’t pay enough attention to them growing up,” said Stallone, the father of daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, with Flavin, 54; and with ex Sasha Czack, son Seargeoh, 43, and the late Sage Stallone, who tragically died of a heart attack in July 2012 at the age of 36.
He added, “I was so career focused and now I’m like, ‘OK, I don’t have that much runway ahead of me and I want to start asking her about her life.’
“I ask them about their day and they started out a bit monosyllabic at first. Then I heard one say, “I was only thinking of you.” Oh dear God. I’ve never heard that in my life. When a daughter knows you care, she’s there forever.”
The Stallones are currently filming a reality show for Paramount+ — which was first announced in August this year — and are said to be working with the same team behind Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
A rep for the Rocky star confirmed the series, stating, “The Stallones are currently filming a reality show together that will debut on Paramount+.”
Shortly thereafter, ex-model Jennifer filed for divorce. The news sent shockwaves through Hollywood, with many anticipating a bitter divorce battle to give Brad and Angelina some competition.

When the split was first announced, Stallone issued a statement on Aug. 24, saying, according to E! News: “I love my family. We address these personal issues consensually and privately.’
The Rambo star also had a huge tattoo of Jennifer covered on his right bicep – with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bulldog from the hit films.
In September, it was reported that the movie star and his wife, 25, “decided to meet at home where they could chat and work out their differences. They’re both very happy,” his rep told Page Six.
The pair were then spotted smiling and reunited while out and about in Los Angeles, much like Kim and her family.
The sighting comes after it was reported that the lovebirds have a “better channel of communication” to work through their differences, according to People.
They still have a lot of work to do, the source said, but “in a long-term marriage like hers, it would be difficult to end it and split their assets.”
While it’s not all “bliss” for the couple, “They’re both family-oriented,” the source said, “which had a lot to do with their efforts to stay together.”

Adding: “They have their differences.”
Sylvester and Jennifer’s net worth is estimated at around $400 million; They live in a $36 million mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
In the divorce proceedings, Jennifer accused Sylvester of “willful squandering of marital property.”
Their divorce was stayed by a court cut on September 21.
Days before their reconciliation, a court filing released in a Palm Beach Country, Fla., court revealed that the duo agreed “it’s in the best interests of each and every one of them, and most importantly, together as a family, everyone involved.” to resolve issues to dissolve their marriage out of court in a dignified, amicable and private manner.’
They first met in 1988, shortly after his brief second marriage to Brigitte Nielsen went south.
They had met at a Beverly Hills restaurant when she was a 20-year-old model and he was having a temporary glitch with Rambo III – a film that won him the Golden Raspberry for Worst Actor.
But then he switched to model Janice Dickinson, who said he was the father of her little girl. He ended things with Flavin by FedExing her a letter that she called “sloppy.”

“Wonderful…” Fans speculated they reconciled in September after he shared two throwback photos to his social media, showing him and Jennifer holding hands
Only after he and Dickinson split did DNA testing prove he wasn’t the father.
He then got engaged to actress Angie Everhart, but that fizzled out and he went back to Flavin.
They wed at the posh Dorchester Hotel in London on May 17, 1997, and with Stallone’s reputation as a playboy few predicted they would last.
“I’m not naïve about what can happen when I’m not around — he’s a 45-year-old man — I can’t change who he is,” Flavin told People at the time.
“Even so, he’s not a cheating dog every day of the week,” she added. “We spend five nights out of seven together, so I don’t know where he would get the time from.”
But in the end it did and it wasn’t until May that they celebrated their silver wedding anniversary.
