Not only has Britney Spears done it again by getting pregnant for the third time, but she continues to do it by wording her pregnancy a little oddly.
Instagram is split down the middle as some feel Britney is being as honest as possible given the life she’s lived the past few years, while others find the wording a bit odd. Here’s the full DL on Britney’s pregnancy…
The pregnancy announcement confused fans
First off, Britney’s pregnancy announcement took Instagram by surprise and caused a lot of confusion. Posting a fairly generic photo of a pink teacup with cloves by Andrea McClain, she wrote, “I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼 ♀️…I was like “Gosh…what happened to my tummy???” My husband said “No, you’re Essen pregnant stupid 🤪!!!” So I took a pregnancy test… and uhhhhh… I get one Baby 👶🏼…4 days later I got pregnant a little bit more food 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈 It’s growing!!! If there are 2 in there…I might lose it!”

Not only were fans surprised, they were wondering if this was really a pregnancy announcement.
“Oh my god, really???” one commented.
“Wait what???” asked another.
“I’m so confused… are you pregnant or not?!” a third demanded to know.
Shortly thereafter, a post featuring a lion, a lioness and a boy appeared on Sam Asghari’s Instagram, where he wrote: “Marriage and children are a natural part of a strong relationship filled with love and respect. Fatherhood is something I’ve always looked forward to and I don’t take it lightly. It’s the most important job I’ll ever do.”
Britney Spears has told fans more about her pregnancy
Spears met Asghari on the set of her “Slumber Party” music video in 2016 and they soon began dating. In September 2021, the two also got engaged, although Spears has referred to him as her “HUSBAND” on social media.
She issued a statement for this, writing: “Mathew my attorney was kind enough to introduce me to some of the most magical places I have ever been to in my life!!! Trust me I know the beauty of where I am and it is very much appreciated… so here I am taking pictures of my HUSBAND 💍!!!! I have to capitalize it because that’s what my sister used to do with her grandma… Anyway, it’s so enlightening to be at a resort that has no paparazzi… for the first time in my life… I can actually do that Be the girl that can act snooty and talk to others about how I’m getting married.”
Spears had hinted at how she wanted to have a family with Asghari, adding two boys to her brood: Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, who she shares with her ex, Keven Federline.
Spears talked more about her current pregnancy and compared it to her past, saying how the media almost destroyed her last time. Also, she takes the time to tell her fans that pregnancy sex is the best.

Britney Spears Talks ‘Rose’ and ‘Fetus’

Almost all of Britney’s fans shower their feed with positive comments, but there are a few things that worry them.
One of Britney’s most recent posts is a close-up of her eye, which looks a little bruised to many fans. Rather cryptically, Britney captioned the same thing with eye and double heart emojis and wrote “ROSE!!!” in caps.
While some said to name her baby “Rose” if it’s a girl, others wondered, “Anyone else see the bruises 🙁, is that also a connection to the all-seeing eye of the Illuminati…”
Another concerned fan wrote: “You look sad and hurt in this picture. Can you explain why you posted that?’
But her next post was about her baby again, only this time she called it a “fetus” and wrote: “Throwback clips of me and my little fetus playing in the water 💧💦 in Mexico 🇲🇽 !!!”
One Instagram user wrote: “This is… a weird way… of… wording 😅”
Another commented, “Watch the water 💧🐍 ‘small fetus’ 🤔 odd wording.”
But the best part was: “Are ‘everyone’ done with the confusion now 🤣🙄”
