Shakira and Gerard Pique have reportedly agreed to sell the exclusive Barcelona mansion where they raised their two sons.
The couple, who reached a custody agreement last week that sees the Colombian singer move to Miami with Milan, 9, and Sasha, 7, are expected to put a price tag of between £10.5million and £12million on the property as it goes on market.
Located in an exclusive gated community in Esplugues de Llobregat, about half an hour’s drive from Barcelona city centre, the house has its own recording studio and gym.

Outside of the five-story property, which consists of two lower floors and three upper floors, is a paddle tennis court and a mini soccer field where retired soccer player Gerard played with his children.
Gerard, who was sent off as a substitute in his last game for Barcelona last week, lives in a penthouse apartment on Barcelona’s trendy Muntaner Street with his new girlfriend Clara Chia, 23.
Shakira remains in the luxurious former family home but is expected to leave early in the New Year while her father, William Mebarak, who was hospitalized, is well enough to make the trip to the States.
After a marathon 12-hour meeting with their respective lawyers, which ended in the early hours of last Tuesday morning, she penned the custody agreement with her ex.

Later in the day, Shakira and Pique confirmed in a joint statement: “We would like to announce that we have signed an agreement guaranteeing the well-being of our children which will be ratified in court as part of a purely formal process.
“Our sole aim is to offer you the greatest possible security and protection and we trust that your privacy will be respected.
“We appreciate the interest shown and hope the children can continue their lives with the privacy they need in a safe and peaceful environment.”
It was signed “Shakira and Gerard”.

The respected Catalan daily El Periodico, which reveals the ‘fine print’ of the couple’s agreement, has claimed Gerard will have his children 10 days a month plus holiday time from next year.
That means he’ll have to split his time between Spain and the United States while focusing on the extensive business interests he forged ahead of his surprise announcement of his retirement ahead of his last home game against Almeria earlier this month.
He is expected to begin house hunting shortly so he can have a base in Florida.
Shakira, who has relatives and several close friends in Miami, owns a £14million mansion in the city which she is said to have put up for sale in 2018 before taking it off the market a few months ago.
Allusion: She appeared to shoot her ex with poisoned darts in a new song called Monotonia, with references to the “narcissism” and “cold as Christmas” attitude of a man she’s breaking up with
Gerard’s relationship with Barcelona-born beauty Clara came shortly after he and Shakira announced in May that they had split after 11 years and two children together.
She appeared to berate her ex in a new song called Monotonia, with references to the “narcissism” and “cold as Christmas” attitude of a man she’s breaking up with with poisoned arrows.
In the video for the song, a mysterious man, who fans have claimed is Gerard, shoots a hole in Shakira’s heart as she stocks up on snacks during a late-night trip to the supermarket.
Although initial reports indicated that she was set to move to Miami first thing next year, Shakira’s father’s health was later identified as a key factor in the as yet undetermined date of her decision to move with her children.
She faces tax fraud proceedings in Barcelona in the coming months, so if she emigrates she will have to return before the case goes to court.
