- The struggle for control of the city Mariupol continues, stoking fears of heavy human casualties on the Ukrainian side. On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Moscow of wanting to “destroy other cities” in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and of wanting to “destroy” Donbass.
