On Thursday night, the 32-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress bared her blotchy skin in the eight-second clip.
Wearing nothing but a white towel, she captioned the shot, “My anxiety is taking over my whole body…”

Ashley accompanied the content with the song Overwhelmed by music artist Royal & the Serpent.
Appropriately, the caption included in the clip read, “I get overwhelmed so easily / my anxiety / creeps inside me / makes it difficult to breathe.”
The red welts were clearly visible against the entertainer’s fair complexion as she filmed herself from nose down.
Part of her platinum blonde bob featured in the cleavage, as did a dainty gold necklace with the name Hazel written in tiny letters, a tribute to her little niece.

Ashley, who used to date rapper G-Eazy, showed a peace sign with a red manicured hand at the end of the clip.

A user on the platform wrote: “Thanks for sharing this. It’s understandable,” as another added, “literally the same thing.”
Another person chimed in to say: “Same guy! and i thought i was allergic to coffee but it was just anxiety.
The TV star didn’t mention what was causing her distress, but earlier in the day she re-posted another TikTok video to Instagram and wrote: “Anyone else struggle with badass anxiety and panic attacks???”

An outtake showed them on a couch while Malamute put an arm around Ashley’s shoulders.
Other videos show them dancing and playing with each other while drinking coffee.

Earlier this month, she hosted a star-studded launch party for the brand in West Hollywood.
According to Fashionista, the line is “inspired by the East Village and the Hôtel Costes” and more fragrances will be launched next year.
