However, the presenter revealed that her exercise regimen got out of hand after her 2015 divorce when friends told her she had gone too far.
In a live Instagram chat with Top Santé magazine, the brunette beauty said: “Some people don’t like it, but I like the look of women with a bit of strength, I think it’s great!”
The star, who shares her sons with ex-husband Paul Sampson, went on to reveal that her physical training in the divorce caused her “clothes to pop out.”
She said, “I don’t want to get fat again because it just didn’t look right on me.”
Gallacher added that even after she dived into weightlifting, some people approached her, forcing her to re-evaluate her exercise regimen.
