Subsidy for SAM NÖ GmbH / social market St. polten
SAM NÖ GmbH will receive a subsidy for the rental costs for 2022 in the amount of 10,000 euros. In September 2004, the Social Labor Market of Lower Austria (SAM NÖ) was founded in cooperation with the labor market service and the state of Lower Austria. Subsidy for youth culture association “Kulturfabrik” for 2022/2023
The youth culture association “Kulturfabrik” receives a subsidy of 12,000 euros for its project. Subsidy for the “schubert200” project and the “schubert200-next” concert

The maintenance contract for maintenance of line 1 of the kiln at the St. Polten has been changed. Political decision: planned construction of the “Eisbergspitze leisure and exercise park”
An intergenerational “leisure and exercise park” will be created in the new local recreation area “Eisbergspitze”. Basic resolution: Implementation of Europaplatz artwork
A new work of art will be created in the secondary areas of Europaplatz. An artistic competition was held in cooperation with the state of Lower Austria. Project costs and contract award KiKuLa
Due to unpredictable price developments, a reserve of €1.5 million will be used to cushion the additional costs and project risks associated with the construction of the children’s art laboratory. The cost increases are mainly due to the market price situation and not to additional project components due to user requests. In the course of project planning, measures have already been taken to reduce the volume of costs, such as reducing the parking space through a traffic and mobility concept or simplifying the support structure.
The first deals for the construction of the children’s art laboratory are awarded: The company PORR Bau GmbH from St. Pölten was determined as the highest bidder with nearly €3 million and won the contract for the master builder’s work. The company ARDIG – Archäologischer Dienst GmbH from St. Pölten is responsible for the archaeological monitoring with a verified offer worth 25,340 euros. An accurate cost check was carried out for the art installation due to the uniqueness and unmistakability of the subject. Interplay Design & Manufacturing, Inc. from Canada, the order is placed with a verified offer worth 77,400 euros. All other orders must be placed successively from the beginning of 2023.
School medical exams
In order to be able to carry out annual school medical examinations for all students in compulsory education in the 2022/23 school year, two external general practitioners were added, namely Dr. Alice Richter and Dr. Michael Stipkovich, Commissioner. The expected costs for all school doctors this school year amount to 56,500 euros.
diaper backpacks
Every year, around 420 mothers and fathers receive a diaper backpack with drugstore products, baby layette, shopping vouchers and various information materials from the Citizen Service Center. In order to continue offering this service, a contract was signed with the company Marketingservice Thomas Mikscha GmbH for the purchase and delivery of 2,100 full diaper backpacks by 2027. The costs incurred in this connection amount to a total of 125,000 euros.
IMA cooperation agreement
