Due to unpredictable price developments, a reserve of €1.5 million will be used to cushion the additional costs and project risks associated with the construction of the children’s art laboratory. The cost increases are mainly due to the market price situation and not to additional project components due to user requests. In the course of project planning, measures have already been taken to reduce the volume of costs, such as reducing the parking space through a traffic and mobility concept or simplifying the support structure.

The first deals for the construction of the children’s art laboratory are awarded: The company PORR Bau GmbH from St. Pölten was determined as the highest bidder with nearly €3 million and won the contract for the master builder’s work. IMA cooperation agreement
