She has reportedly lost 90kg after changing her lifestyle and quitting alcohol.

And Chrissie Swan once again showed off her slim frame on one of her daily walks.

The TV and radio presenter, 49, took to Instagram on Wednesday to show herself enjoying a stroll on the last day of spring, radiant in the sunshine.

She kept fit in a hat and sunglasses, and carried a handy backpack as she set out.

It comes after Chrissie revealed she has gone more than 600 days without alcohol.

She took to Instagram to say she was getting a lot of messages about her sobriety.

“Seems to be getting a lot of messages asking if I’ve started drinking again,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I haven’t! 643 days since my last sip! Thanks for the question!’ She added.

Chrissie previously revealed that she had given up alcohol because it “didn’t serve her”.

Speaking on The Project in October last year, she said she relies on alcohol to cope with the stress of Covid lockdowns.

“It was a decision I made for myself after giving her a fair nudge in the first lockdown last year,” she said at the time.

“I haven’t had a drink in about nine months.

Before giving up alcohol, Chrissy said her anxiety had “gone through the roof” and she wasn’t able to sleep well

“I highly recommend it. When you’re like, “Oh, maybe I’m drinking a little bit too much” or “it’s not helping me anymore,” I think that’s the biggest takeaway from not helping.

“With the pressure and the fears and worries and the responsibilities of children and their whole life has changed and you’re their parents, you feel tremendous guilt even though it’s all out of your control, you feel like it’s a few drinks Eventually the edge will go away – and a few drinks will do, but eventually it gets to a point where it doesn’t help anymore, and it certainly didn’t help me.

In an interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly in March, she briefly touched on her weight loss, saying the “huge” lifestyle changes she’s made over the past year have improved her life in many ways.

“I’m not going to talk about the size of my ass. I won’t tell you what I eat in a day. Because I’ve read those stories and they make me feel bad,” she said.

However, she did confirm that Melbourne’s protracted Covid lockdown was the catalyst for her health and fitness rush.

“We couldn’t go out to eat, we couldn’t go to friends’ houses, they couldn’t come to ours, we couldn’t go five kilometers out. All we could do was run and I did that,” she said.

Chrissie started out walking only short distances but has steadily improved in fitness and now walks two hours a day.

The media personality, who hosts ‘Would I Lie to You’ on Channel 10, quit drinking more than a year ago as part of a health rush.

She also turned to meditation and daily 10km walks to improve her physical and mental health during Melbourne’s 112-day lockdown.
