Does France have to pay?

The same problem for Italy, which according to information from La Republicca has to pay in between 150,000 and 200,000 euros per month for servicing one of the world’s largest yachts, owned by coal and fertilizer magnate Andrey Melnichenko.

But is France then subject to such an injunction? No, maintenance costs are at the expense of the owner, still need to know who it is. In fact, it’s often difficult for authorities to find him because he hides behind shell companies that prevent them from being traced back to him.
