Drake has been granted a three-year restraining order against a woman he says has stalked him for years and threatened him and his son

Drake was granted a three-year restraining order on Tuesday against a woman he said had stalked him and made death threats against him and his son.
The 35-year-old Canadian superstar’s attorneys, Larry Stein and Ashley Yeargan, were present at a court hearing in Los Angeles, TMZ reported, where the judge enforced the injunction ordering the woman to keep at least 100 yards away from the music star and his family.
Drake’s alleged stalker — who E! News – was not present at Tuesday’s hearing, TMZ reported, as the judge ruled she was given “timely and proper notice” to defend herself in the case.

The Toronto native told court last month that Collins – who he has never met or spoken to – had made threats against him and his four-year-old son Adonis, whom he shares with artist model Sophie Brussaux.
“She sent messages saying she wants me dead and that I should shoot myself and my son with a bullet,” Drake said in court filings. “As a result of Ms Collins’ harassment and obsession with me, I have suffered and continue to suffer from emotional distress and am concerned for my safety and that of my family.”
The God’s Plan actor, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, told the court that Collins had sporadically molested him for the past five years.
Collins was arrested in April 2017 in connection with trespassing at Drake’s home in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.

Collins filed a $4 billion lawsuit against Drake in August 2021, accusing the rapper of defamation and invasion of privacy related to social media posts on his account. She emailed Drake’s lawyer last December identifying herself as homeless and asking for mediation in the case.
Drake’s legal team said the lawsuit was an attempt by Collins to contact the rapper and was a “frivolous case” stemming from “delusional conceits of her imagination,” Billboard reported. A Los Angeles Superior Court then dismissed the case, saying there was no evidence that Drake made any reference to Collins in his offices.
When she appeared in court in February, Collins admitted that she had been arrested three times for trespassing [Drake]property and another five to six times for assault or spitting [toward] his fans, or otherwise disturbing the peace around the entertainer.
Collins had also unsuccessfully tried to get a restraining order that month. Drake’s attorney said in legal documents that he asked Collins to serve him with the suit (in place of Drake) and told her not to attempt to serve the rapper in person or at his home.
Drake’s attorney said Collins sent him [him] a series of extremely disturbing emails” in which she was “not just” threatening [Drake], but also his son and I. In these messages she expresses her wish that Mr. Graham dies and that I get what I “deserve”.
“It is clear that Collins’ behavior and obsession with Graham is escalating and I am very concerned by the content of these messages which I believe necessitate the issuance of a restraining order against her.”
