Mike White leads Jets teammates into the stadium wearing ‘Mighty Ducks’ jerseys after the players showed support

New York Jets quarterback Mike White electrified fans last week as he led the team to a 31-10 win over the Chicago Bears.

On Sunday, White ushered some of his teammates into US Bank Stadium ahead of the team’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, wearing a “Mighty Ducks” jersey. White wore Charlie Conway’s hockey jersey with the Captain “C” on it. Some of his teammates also wore sweaters from the films.

White received more support from other teammates wearing “Mike F’n White” shirts on Saturday.

The 27-year-old sophomore quarterback was pushed into the starting role after Zach Wilson received backlash for not promoting and taking responsibility for the team’s loss to the New England Patriots when he only had nine completions for 77 Yards made and was sacked four times.

White started against the Bears for the first time this season. He was 22-to-28 with 315 passing yards and three touchdown passes. It was his second career win as a starting quarterback.

White started last season when Wilson was injured. He had 953 passing yards, five touchdown passes, and eight interceptions in four appearances.
