The Spanish capital received its first maleonly masturbation club in recent weeks. In space, group sessions can last up to three hours, according to administrators.
In an interview with the newspaper “El País”, Nacho G., 43, explained that he was inspired by American clubs of the kind that have been around since the 1970s.
The Spanish version of the “pajas” club was set up in an old bar in the capital’s metropolitan area in a residential area. According to a newspaper report, the maximum capacity is 70 people, and the place has been completely redecorated with paintings, canvases and a closet to store clothes.

In addition, there is also ambient music with a selection of “soft jazz” and indirect lighting to welcome visitors who, according to administrators, usually do not leave even after reaching orgasm.
“They stay to repeat it as many times as they want or can during the three hours that the event lasts,” Nacho said. “Between orgasm and the next you can always talk, like old friends. No shame.”
But anyone who thinks that the masturbation club is only targeting gay customers is wrong. Straight people like to visit the space, too and founder Nacho is one of them. Discrimination is also prohibited among club members.
“We do not discriminate against anyone,” Nacho explained. “We do not select members based on age, race, ethnicity, body type, physical condition, or sexual orientation.”
He argues that what’s happening at the club isn’t necessarily a homosexual practice, but a homoerotic one — and that part of his mission is to naturalize acceptance of bodies and acknowledge that men identified as straight masturbate together be able.
