Russia is running out of missiles, but current stocks allow Moscow to launch more strikes against Ukraine. The head of the Kiev Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said Russia has enough missiles for several attacks on Ukraine, but explained in Telegram that “the stock of high-precision weapons in the Russian Federation has already been exhausted. They have long since reached the critical minimum. However, as we see, they decided to go all the way, that is, to zero. Which, in principle, is very bad for the Russian Federation itself and the military is aware of this problem.

The New York Times writes that some of the cruise missiles used by Russia in its attacks on Ukraine were not produced until October. The newspaper Conflict Armament Research (CAR), an independent British analyst group tracking illegal arms in conflicts.
The fact that Russia continues to produce advanced guided missiles, such as the Kh-101 air-launched cruise missile, writes the American newspaper, “suggests that despite the sanctions it found ways to acquire semiconductors and other materials, or that it had significant advantages in stockpiles of components before the start of the war”.
