Louis tries his luck with Charlene, but she is determined to turn the page on their relationship

Jude’s first official class at the institute is with Louis… and when Jude argues, Louis decides to trick him. He invites her to answer questions about spices… Jude manages.
Louis tells Jude he’s on parole for him, he’s not a real student… because he failed the exam.
At the tasting, Jude and Eliott are fine… and Greg put mango in the dish, Louis doesn’t like it at all. Eliott tastes it, thinks it’s a killer.
Lisandro is late, Deva instructs the students to prepare for the lunchtime service at Double A. David is late, he tells Deva that Lisandro gave him one.
Charlène works on the culinary design of the ephemeral bakery. Billie comes to apologize for touching her creations the day before. Charlène asks Billie to work with her: “You are motivated and your ideas are not too stupid”. It would be a real collaboration.
Deva on a loop with David, she defends Lisandro
Lisandro explains that he lost control of Teyssier and Antoine. The latter considers his behavior unacceptable, he thinks of unfair dismissal … because the problems of violence keep coming back.
Teyssier (played by – Benjamin Baeroch) Antoine said that what happens outside of class has nothing to do with the institute… it happened during training. Teyssier says he needs to ask David to shut up and start preparing to compete again. If David speaks, Teyssier will be forced to fire him.
Jude is ready to wait for Eliott
Teyssier believes Lisandro will make amends and it will be settled. Antoine insists he wants to fire Lisandro.
Antoine understands that Teyssier wants to keep Lisandro because of the mixology competition… and that he wants a new trophy.
Charlène has skipped the sketches, she is presenting her gingerbread Christmas village. Charlène even provided tastings for everyone…Thomas Lacroix is delighted.
Lisandro is back in Double A and tells Deva that he is late for a meeting.
Lisandro apologizes to David: he tells him that he wasn’t fired. Lisandro tells David that if he stops coaching him, he will not enter the mixology competition. David is disgusted, Lisandro thinks that if they learn to talk and respect each other it can work.
Billie and Charlene the new BFFs
Jude asks Eliott where are we both? Eliott says he didn’t get back together with Greg. He doesn’t know how to trust her. Eliott says he needs time, he can’t answer her now.
Jude asks Eliott (played by (played by Nicholas Anselmo) if he didn’t like the kiss yesterday… Eliott replies that he really likes him but isn’t ready to start a new relationship yet.
Charlène opens her locker and finds a card: he offers her a skiing holiday in Switzerland for the holidays. Charlene says she doesn’t want to get back together with Louis…
Billie thinks Louis is trying to ransom her. Charlène is afraid of being alone for her career. Billie thinks Charlene doesn’t need anyone to make it happen.
Louis is tough on Jude, but very quickly he realizes that he has talent
Deva is still mad at David. Solal tells David that his flirting methods aren’t working, he should change his strategy.
Greg prepares a surprise for Eliott, he wants to cook him a nice meal by himself for the evening. Lionel thinks it’s a bit early for the romantic evening, he should wait. Lionel tells Greg he doesn’t want him to catch wind. At the end he confesses that he saw an Eliott/Jude kiss in the swamps last night. The kiss seemed to be mutual.
Helena, contestant for the mixology competition, gives Laetitia her entry form. Antoine takes the opportunity to tell him that he is looking for someone with a profile like his.

Louis congratulates Charlène on her food design work for the bakery. Charlene reciprocates her invitation, declaring that she will not come. The problem isn’t the location, it’s him… Louis tells her that all he wants is for her to be happy, she can go with someone else. Charlene tells him that he didn’t get it, she doesn’t want anything more that connects her with him.
David decides to continue training with Lisandro
Rose comes to Lisandro, she tells him that Antoine doesn’t want to let go. Helena arrives, she meets Rose… she tells Lisandro that she didn’t know he was leaving. He was even offered to take his post.
