Jesse James’ pregnant wife, Bonnie Rotten, filed for divorce again.
According to TMZ, the former porn star re-filed her papers at a Texas courthouse on Tuesday.
Rotten – real name Alaina Hicks – originally filed for divorce on December 1 after finding James, 53, texting other women.

A few days later, however, she regretted her decision and “filed a no-suit to stop the divorce.”
“The past week has been a pretty horrible week by any measure… I accidentally posted my private business between my husband and I on social media,” the 29-year-old wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Rotten announced she was guessing the divorce just days after the initial filing.

“I love Jesse so much and was very hurt by what I saw when I searched his phone,” she said, adding that the reason she moved back in was because she couldn’t find any evidence that he had a sexual relationship with someone else’s wife.
“That’s why I’m here working on marriage, which I believe in,” she continued. “There are things in the world that are much more important than our lives.”
Rotten continued to plead for peace so she could “focus on having a healthy pregnancy.”
Last week, Rotten posted a photo of her sonogram to her Instagram Story and claimed that the West Coast Choppers founder was “busy fucking other women” during her pregnancy.
In a second post, she called James a “disgusting human being” and claimed people were trying to warn her about his history of infidelity – including in his marriage to Sandra Bullock.
However, James denied the allegations and tried to mend their “fight” by posting a series of photos of the pair on his Instagram.
“Baby I didn’t cheat on you I swear!!” he wrote. “I’m sorry we had a fight. I’m sorry I called you a ‘retard’ when we were fighting.”
He continued, “I never tried to cheat on you. I never felt the need to cheat on you. You’re the only one I want, forever.”

Though he didn’t admit to cheating on Rotten, he said he texted one of his ex-girlfriends “out of anger and spite” after their blowout fight.
The couple tied the knot during an intimate garden ceremony in June. This is James’ fifth marriage and Rotten’s second.
